TJ Reid and Mick Galwey
Local legends combined on Monday as Kilkenny sharpshooter TJ Reid and Kerry native but adopted son of Kilkenny, Mick Galwey caught up at the Jerpoint Inn in Thomastown.
Reid was unwinding alongside team-mates after the county's disappointing All-Ireland Senior Hurling Semi-Final defeat to Tipperary on Sunday.
Both are highly respected national sporting figures. The Shamrocks Ballyhale clubman currently holds seven All-Ireland medals and is in the hunt for the all-time leading scorers tag alongside Cork's Patrick Horgan.

Galwey is a Munster legend and played more than 100 times for the province at lock between 1987 and 2003.
Meanwhile, with Ireland, he earned 41 caps between 1991 and 2002 and also featured on the 1993 British & Irish Lions tour of New Zealand, where he featured seven times for the midweek side.
