Evergreen were crowned LFA Leinster Junior Cup champions for the very first time in May, beating New Oak (Carlow) 1-0 in the showpiece final in Bunclody.
In a game which saw both teams have potential game defining chances, it was an early goal from Ethan Phelan in the 12th minute that proved to be enough to get the Kilkenny side over the line on an historic day for the club.
