PICTURES: Max points for Kellie as Bagenalstown students celebrate results - Kilkenny Live

The school, which caters for students from Carlow and Kilkenny, said it was very proud of the Class of 2025

The staff at Presentation De La Salle College, Bagenalstown, have extended their heartfelt congratulations to the Leaving Certificate Class of 2025 who received their results today.

"We are so proud of your achievements," the school, which caters for students from Carlow and Kilkenny, said.

A number of students from the Class of 2025 achieved in excess of 500 hundred points, while nine of the LCA class achieved distinctions.

A special congratulations went to Kellie Dermody who achieved seven H1s/625 points today.

Kellie has been a fantastic student during her time at Presentation De La Salle College and is now looking forward to studying Law in UCD.

Newly appointed principal Michael Hickey extended his congratulations to all of the students, parents/guardians and the teachers and SNAs of Presentation De La Salle College.

"All at Presentation De la Salle College are extremely proud of the class of 2025," he said.

"Our students achieved exceptional results this year. I met with several students today who are looking forward to starting their third level and further education journey while others have secured places on apprenticeships and are looking forward to beginning these in the coming months.

"A huge thank you to the parents, teachers, SNAs and the whole school community of Presentation De La Salle College. Your work and dedication in supporting all our students has been so important in helping them to achieve such fantastic results."
