The Electric Picnic Festival is fast approaching with thousands of music lovers set to depart Kilkenny for the camp sites of Stradbally.
'The Picnic' has established itself as one of the world’s most unique festivals since its foundation in 2004, with a great selection of music, art, theatre, comedy, food and holistic health.
This year there will be a local flavour on stage with local band 'The Donnys' set to perform.

Confirming the news via social media, the group said: "For the third year in a row we’re proud to bring our rock and roll show to the Electric Picnic Festival in Stradbally County Laois.
"This year we have not one, not two, not three but four fantastic shows on four fantastic stages," they continued.
