James Stephens (Village) boss Eoin Larkin believes the city club are in a 'healthy position' ahead of Sunday's Michael Lyng Motors Hyundai IHC Semi-Final against Young Ireland's of Gowran on Sunday, highlighting the importance of a strong panel.
So far the Village outfit are unbeaten in league and championship as they look to return to the senior ranks on their first attempt.
The last four encounter is the second part of a double bill in UPMC Nowlan Park at 4pm with Danesfort and Dunnamaggin's semi-final preceding it at 2pm.
"To have a really strong panel is very important and we do. There's lads pushing each other," Larkin said after the Village's comprehensive quarter-final win over the Blacks & Whites.
"It's a healthy place to be when you have lads pushing each other on," he added.
"You can go and watch games but in two weeks time it'll be a very different game again but you have to do your due diligence on other teams as well," Larkin added.
