BREAKING: House and bridge badly damaged in bizarre Kilkenny incident

Gardaí have issued an update following an incident that occurred earlier today in South Kilkenny

A house and a bridge have been damaged in rural Kilkenny following a road traffic collision.

Garda sources have confirmed that they were alerted to a collision that occurred earlier today (Monday, October 13) at Dunkitt, Kilmacow, County Kilkenny.

Gardaí attended the scene and a garda spokesperson has confirmed that a 'large amount of damage was caused to a bridge and a house'. 

They have also stated that no persons were injured.
