The next Tech Thursday Kilkenny event at 7pm on Thursday, 30 October at Harry’s Bar, Langtons explores how human capabilities such as creativity, collaboration, curiosity and emotional intelligence are becoming the real differentiators inside modern teams and organisations.
According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs 2030 report, these fundamentally human skills will define the next decade of work. For Kilkenny businesses navigating constant change, the question is: how do we build these capabilities into everyday work?
The session brings together three cross-sector leaders to share practical insights. These are Mary McEvoy, South East Regional Manager, IDA Ireland who recently returned from representing IDA Ireland in Austin, Texas for several years, Mary Cullen, Managing Director of Insight HR and Aidan Clancy, Commercial Director of Clancy Homes.

The panel will be hosted by John Cleere, Founder of Unmake, a facilitator and innovation strategist focused on building human-centred capabilities inside modern teams.
Leaders, managers and team members attending will gain fresh ideas for internal innovation, potential partnerships and collaborations, access to emerging talent and space to think.
