Gardaí in Ballyhale, County Kilkenny recently called upon the Civil Defence for assistance 'during searches connected to an ongoing criminal investigation'.
Gardaí stated that they were delighted to have the 'generous assistance' of the Civil Defence to conduct the searches last week, adding that they are 'not reluctant to ask for help.
