As the festive period draws to a close, households up and down County Kilkenny are glued to the PDC World Darts Championship as the game's most prestigious competition reaches the semi-final stage.
Closer to home, O'Loughlin Gaels forward Conor Kelly proved darts isn't just for the professionals as he was crowned the Brennan’s Bar Darts Tournament champion for 2025 over the festive period.

The former Kilkenny minor featured prominently in his club's run to the St Canice's Credit Union SHC Final last season, where the city club fell short to a ruthless Shamrocks team in the decider.
However, the annual darts competition which is held in the Johnswell pub each year, proved to be a more successful outing for the sharp shooter who beat Tom Morrissey in the final.
"Well done and thanks to all players for a fantastic day of darts," Brennans Bar posted to social media.
