Kilkenny pubs and restaurants in the running for coveted national awards

Several Kilkenny pubs and restaurants have been shortlisted for awards at the upcoming Irish Restaurant Awards.

The Irish Restaurant Awards celebrate the very best of Ireland’s food, hospitality, and dining culture. Now in their 17th year, the awards have grown to become one of the most respected and eagerly anticipated events in the Irish culinary calendar.

Each year, the programme receives over 160,000 public nominations and incorporates more than 6,000 hospitality businesses from across the country.

Judged through a combination of public voting, mystery guest inspections, and expert industry panels, the Awards ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation of Ireland’s top hospitality offerings.
