Planning permission is being sought from Kilkenny County Council "to install/erect a self-service dog wash machine" in Kilkenny City.
The development address is listed as Desart Court Carpark, 1 Ormonde Street, Kilkenny.
Also being sought is permission for a "small shelter area over it."
A decision on the planning application is expected by April 19, 2026.
