Several roads in Kilkenny City and surrounding areas will be closed over the next couple of weeks to allow Suir Plant Ltd, on behalf of Uisce Éireann, to carry out emergency repairs to the existing sewer at the T-junction of Upper Patrick Street and Kells Road.
Upper Patrick Street (R910), from Ormonde Road (R909) to Nuncio Road (L2667) and the Kells Road (R697), from Upper Patrick Street (R910) to the Ring Road (N76) will be closed from Tuesday, March 24 until Tuesday, April 7.
Diversions will be in place for the duration of the works and local access will be facilitated as far as practicable.
