Grammy-winning international musician to play initimate gig in Kilkenny

Jeff Tweedy, founding member and frontman of Wilco, has announced a very special acoustic concert in Kilkenny’s St Canice’s Cathedral on Friday, November 20 as part of his career spanning tour.

The show will feature songs from across his entire catalogue, which includes 13 Wilco albums, and 5 solo albums.

Wilco found critical and commercial success, most notably with Yankee Hotel Foxtrot and A Ghost Is Born.

The latter received a Grammy for Best Alternative Album in 2005.

Predicatably, tickets for the show sold out quickly when they went on sale last week.
