Kilkenny gardaí are investigating
Two men are due in court today in connection with an incident of violent disorder and affray that took place in two separate locations in Kilkenny City earlier this month.
It is understood that a hockey stick was used to attack another male. The injured party was viciously assaulted on John Street and on Kieran Street at approximately midnight on April 6.
Three males were arrested yesterday (Wednesday).

One male has appeared in court and was granted bail subject to strict conditions.
A bail application is expected to be made later today on behalf of the other two males before the court.
