Planning permission has been granted to Gowran Park Race Company Ltd, subject to 18 conditions, for the construction of a new Padel Centre of Excellence in Gowran, County Kilkenny.
The development will consist of Padel Courts and all associated indoor facilities, including refreshment areas, breakout spaces, changing facilities and a reception area on the ground floor level.
For the construction of one external Padel court. The development will be accessed via the existing entrance to the north of the racecourse and golf course and will include the construction of new parking facilities to serve the development and the construction of a new storm water drainage system in compliance with SUDS directives, for connection to the existing on-site foul sewer network and public water main, and for all associated site development works.
