Windgap GAA Club are currently seeking planning permission to develop the club grounds at Rossaneny, Windgap, County Kilkenny.
Planned is the construction of a grass pitch with ball stop netting, an artificial surface training area with concrete "ball wall" and flood lighting.
A clubhouse with on-site wastewater treatment system is also planned alongside vehicular and pedestrian access to Main Street with parking facilities.
Upgrade works to internal access roadways and all ancillary site works are included in the plans.
A decision is due from Kilkenny County Council by February 24, 2023.
