Loreto's All-Ireland Camogie Final clash with Ursaline's of Thurles postponed

Loreto's All-Ireland Camogie Final clash with Ursaline's of Thurles postponed

The weather gods have ensured that this afternoon's All-Ireland Junior A Camogie Final replay involving Loreto and Ursaline's has been called off.

The teams shared 13 goals in a thrilling final last Saturday in Johnstown but as a result of a waterlogged pitch, the two sides must wait to do battle again.

The Kilkenny school have dominated the grade in recent years and despite the delay they will be hopeful of adding an 11th All-Ireland crown since 2007.

There has been no details on when a refixture may take place but with the senior hurling and football deciders being decided on St.Patricks Day, it's likely the game will get the go ahead for next weekend.
