Laois club seeks astroturf pitch, lights and clubhouse
A sports club is looking for planning permission for two astroturf pitches and a new clubhouse in Laois.
The Committee of St Fiacc’s FC has applied to Laois County Council for permission to build the two new astro pitches with associated flood lighting at Monure, Graiguecullen.
The club is also seeking planning permission for a new clubhouse together with an upgraded club entrance, boundary fencing, car parking and connections to services.
The planning permission is at pre-validation stage with Laois County Council.
A final decision on the planned development is expected to be made in early March of this year.
