Rathdowney-Errill GAA has appealed to the public about the walking of dogs on the GAA pitch and the surrounding areas.
The club said it has had to make the appal off the back of the removal of dog faeces from the goalmouth, prior to the start of a game recently.
The successful hurling club say they want to protect the health and safety of all players, mentors and supporters.
They're urging dog walkers to refrain from walking their dogs on the GAA grounds. They understand that stray dogs may come and go at their own accord, however that can't be helped.
