Conor Heffernan from Killeshin, lined out for his college DCU last night in the Freshers 'A' Football Final.
Heffernan who has played minor football for Laois as well as having featuring predominantly for his club side in recent Senior club championships. He lined out at midfield and completed the full match for the victors.
His DCU side defeated Maynooth on a scoreline of 2-11 to 0-11 at the SETU Arena, Waterford.
