Trisha’s Transformation from 27 stone set to be told in Laois

Trisha Lewis started her weight loss journey at 27 stone.

Trisha Lewis is a chef who is on a mission to change her life while losing weight, sharing this journey along with recipes and other insights with her loyal community of 231k Instagram followers.

With two best-selling cookbooks to her name, her own best-selling kitchen knife range and a headline grabbing appearance on The Late Late Show, Trisha is delighted to now announce a series of live events across Ireland this April and May 2023.

She's coming to Laois in April.

The Irish chef says she is on a mission to change her life while losing weight- a journey that started at 27 stone.

"I have changed my life for the better," she says.

The influencer now runs her own company called Sharp by Trisha Lewis , has written 2 bestselling books, became an Aldi Ambassador, and launched cooking courses. She has also given up smoking and found a love for life and for exercise! 

She has worked in kitchens for 20 years and was an executive head chef for 13 years so cooking.

"I am so excited to host these events and to meet all of my transformers! The power of the RESET button has kept me going so many times so I am excited for you guys to spend the day with me cooking, chatting and having fun!

"Wellness to me means being happy and doing the best with what I have and I hope that I can share with you some information along the way," she said.

Trisha’s Day of Reset comes to the Heritage in Kilenard on Sunday, May 21. It promises to be a day of cookery demos, special guests and conversations.
