The Laois Camogie team have ended their Division 2A campaign against Kerry with defeat as a depleted Laois side travelled to Knockanure.

Kerry got two points from frees scored by Patrice Diggin followed by 3 from play, two by Amy O Sullivan & one by Anne Marie Leen before Laois got on the scoreboard with a goal from Amy Flanagan.
Kerry scored two more frees by Patrice Diggin and a point each from play by Diggin and O'Sullivan. Clodagh Tynan pointed a free for Laois while Alice Walsh got a point from play to bring the halftime score to Kerry 0-09 & Laois 1-02.
Kerry scored 2-06 in the second half, a goal from Clodagh Walsh followed by 3 points by Diggin, 2 from play and one from a free. There was a second goal for Kerry when Laura Collins ran in on top of Aedín Lowry in the Laois goals with the ball ending up in the Laois net. A point from play by substitute Julianne O'Keefe and two more points from Diggin bringing her total on the day to ten points, 5 from play & 5 from placed balls.
Laois only got three points on the scoreboard in the second half, points from play by Flanagan and Andrea Scully while Aimee Collier pointed a free.
