New Irish Farmers' Association President will be the guest of honour at the upcoming annual dinner of Laois IFA.
Laois IFA chairman John Fitzpatrick confirmed that the Laois County Executive is hosting a Celebratory Dinner Dance to honour Francie Gorman's election as the president.
The Ballinakill man's four-year term of office begins on Tuesday, January 9 at the IFA's national AGM held in Dublin.
Mr Gorman was a convincing winner of the national election which took place toward the end of 2023.
The event will take place on Saturday, January 27 Abbeyleix Manor Hotel 8pm. Music by "Outa Diesel" Tickets available from your local branch officers €35.
