This farm is located in the townland of Raggettstown along the main Abbeyleix/ Ballinakill road.

 The land is described as mainly arable by nature and presently in grass. It is laid out in one division with a number of internal fields within and it is divided by the main Abbeyleix/Ballinakill road.

The property comes with a nicely kept three-bed bed Farmhouse in a farmyard setting with a number of loose sheds, concrete areas and cattle handling facilities.

It is being brought to the market by Hennessy Auctioneers and will be offered for sale as five separate lots.

  • Lot 5 is the entire for a Guide Price of €550,000.
