Sinn Féin's Caroline Dwane Stanley has been elected to represent Portlaoise voters at the Laois County Council local election count in Portlaoise.
The third count result in Portlaoise electoral area from the Portlaoise Count Centre followed the elimination of the two lowest candidate John Cowhig and Jason Phelan.
