Laois tourism and hospitality businesses are being encouraged to attend countywide clinics which will help businesses elevate their tourism potential.
The clinics are being held in libraries across Laois between February and April as well as online where businesses will get the chance to meet a Tourism Activator and discuss ideas, challenges, and opportunities for your business.
"Learn about the EU Just Transition Regenerative Tourism & Placemaking Scheme 2023–2026 and how it can benefit you," said the organisers.
"Use this helpful support to enhance your tourism opportunities in Laois and make 2025 an unforgettable year for our visitors!"
The first clinic will take place in Portlaoise library on February 19 from 10am–12:30pm; in Rathdowney library on February 26 from 12pm–1:30pm; in Abbeyleix library on March 8 from 10am–12pm; in Mountmellick library on March 22 from 11:30am–1pm; Mountrath library on March 20 from 5pm–6:30pm; Durrow library on March 25 from 6pm–7:30pm; Stradbally library on April 8 from 6pm–7:30pm and Portarlington library on April 9 from 6pm–7:30pm. There will be an online event on April 23 from 6:30pm–7:30pm (registration required).
