IN PICTURES: Good Friday Forest Run draws crowd to Laois woodlands

There was a 10k race and a 5k race on the day

St Michael's Athletics Club, Portarlington, held their annual Forest Run in Emo on Good Friday, April 18. There were two races on the evening, with Stephen Hunter from St Abban's AC first past the line in the 10k race while Riley Connolly from the host club came first in the 5k race. Photographer Denis Byrne attended the event for the Leinster Express/ Laois Live.
