The Harps’ Cody Comerford, Rosenallis’ Fiachra C-Fennell, and Camross’ Mark Dowling have been named in the starting 15, replacing Donnchadh Hartnett, John Lennon, and Cha Dwyer, the latter no longer part of the panel.
