Helena Scully - Ballickmoyler
The death has occurred of Helena (Lena) Scully, née Delaney, Ballinakill, Ballickmoyler on September 3 peacefully at Droimnín Nursing Home Stradbally, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Jim and a much loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Sadly missed by her loving daughters Patricia, Martina, Colette, Rosemary, Veronica and Brenda, sister Julia, sons-in-law Nicky, Barry, Pat and Peter, her 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Friday evening from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 2pm in Sacred Heart Church, Arles. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Joseph Nolan - Rathdowney

The death has occurred of Joseph (Joe) Nolan Mooreville, Rathdowney formerly Tullyvolty, Johnstown, Co Kilkenny on September 3 peacefully in the loving care of management and staff at the Sacred Heart Nursing Home Crosspatrick, Co. Kilkenny in his 97th. year.

Predeceased by his wife Frances, son Liam and daughter Rose. Deeply regretted by his loving family, his sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister-in-law Maura, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at O'Sullivan's Funeral Home, Rathdowney (Eircode R32 NY24) on Friday evening from 6 pm pausing for prayers at 8 pm. Removal on Saturday morning to the Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Rathdowney arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in Bealady Cemetery.
