Popular psychotherapist to give talk to Laois parents on anxiety in teens

A popular psychotherapist will visit Portlaoise this month, offering advice to Laois parents on teens struggling with anxiety.

Dr Richard Hogan is a systemically trained family psychotherapist and a best-selling author.

Along with his weekly column in the Irish Examiner, he is also a regular contributor on radio and tv shows where he offers his expertise and progressive strategies for better mental health promotion.

On Wednesday, November 12 Dr Hogan will hold for an insightful session where he explores 'anxiety, technology and teenagers".

In today’s tech-driven world, Richard will share practical advice for parents on how to create happier homes and raise more confident, resilient children.

This session will give attendees the chance to learn about anxiety, resilience, boundaries, and how to thrive as a family.

The event is free, with registration required here.
