The death has occurred of Jack Pigott, Kilmainham, Mountmellick who died peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise on November 4.
Beloved husband of the late Annette (recently deceased). Predeceased by his parents Walter and Frances, brothers Wally and Bertie, infant son Anthony and never forgotten grandchild William.
Deeply regretted by his loving family Noeleen, Geraldine, Olive, John, Damien and Rory a son in all but name, brother Alo, sisters Eva and Olive.
Also missed by his adorning grandchildren David and his fiancee Regina, Shauna, Sarah, Holly, Jack, Ella, Adam, Oisin and Abbie, his great-grandchildren Saoirse, Aoibheann, Charlie and Fionn, sons-in-law Liam and Brian, daughters-in-law Ann Marie and Deirdre, Olive's partner Joe, his foster son Stephen, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Maher's Chapel of Rest, Portarlington (eircode R32 X5XV) on Thursday evening from 6pm with Rosary at 8pm.
Removal from his residence on Friday at 9:15am, arriving St Michael's Church, Portarlington for Requiem Mass at 10 am. Funeral afterwards to St Joseph's Cemetery, Mountmellick (travelling via his residence).

May Tynan - Fisherstown
The death has occurred of of the late May Tynan, (née Flynn), Fisherstown, Ballybrittas, Co Laois peacefully in her 90th year in Oakdale Nursing Home, Portarlington in the company of her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Liam and her brother-in-law Denis Tynan, her twin brother Paddy, Bill, Jimmy, Mick, Lar and Joe. Sadly missed by her lovely daughters Elizabeth and Geraldine, sons-in-law Martin and William, sisters Theresa and Nancy, brothers John and Ned, grandchildren Martin, Shaun and Billy, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May will be reposing at her daughter Geraldine’s residence (R32 V0D7) on Friday, November 7 from 3pm to 8pm with recital of the rosary at 8pm. Removal by Whelehan Funeral Directors on Saturday morning at 11.20am to arrive at The Sacred Heart Church, Rath for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Interment to follow in Saint John’s cemetery, Killenard. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Teresa and sister- in-law Kathleen. Deeply regretted by her loving sister Mary and her partner Mick, brother Ger and his wife June.
