Peacefully surrounded by her beloved husband and family. Predeceased by her parents and her beloved sister Julie.
Sadly missed by her husband Paul, sons Shane and Stephen, brothers Liam, Paddy, Raymond and Eddie, her five adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her nieces home Dana, 25 Mountain View, Portlaoise at 8.00pm this Monday evening with rosary at 8.15pm (10th November 2025). Removal on Tuesday morning (11th November 2025) to The Church of the Assumption, The Heath for 12 noon Funeral Mass. Sarah Ann will then be laid to rest in St. Peter's and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise.

Died peacefully in her 92nd year surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her loving husband John and her infant sons Edward and Brian, her parents, sisters and brother.
Survived by her children Yvonne, Seán, Annette, Breda, Thérèse and Deirdre, her adored sister Teresa, her cherished grandchildren and her great grandchild Mia, her nieces and nephews, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, partners, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing Moloney's Funeral Home Mountmellick on Tuesday evening from 6pm. Recital of The Rosary at 7.30pm.
Reposing on Wednesday from 10am. Removal at 10.45am to St. Joseph's Church for Mountmellick for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Maureen Hayes - Ballacolla
The death took place on Sunday, November 9 of Maureen Hayes N.T. nee Cahill, late of Sweetbriar Lawn, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Formerly of Ballacolla, Co. Laois
Maureen passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family at home.
Predeceased by her beloved husband PJ; her brothers: Paddy and Son, and her sisters Cecilia and Katie.
Maureen will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her heartbroken children John, Conor and Ciara, her adoring grandchildren Jack, Annabel, Conor, Oscar and Killian; her brother Tom; her sister Breeda; her daughters-in-law Andrea and Bernie and her son-in-law Gary. Maureen will be fondly remembered by all her nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, extended family, relatives, wonderful neighbours, and many friends.
The Hayes family would particularly like to thank The Waterford Palliative Care Team, the Hospice Night Nurses and all of those who cared for her in recent months.
Maureen’s reposal will take place in Falconer’s Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore X91TW21 on Wednesday the 12th of November from 6pm until 8pm.
All are welcome and refreshments will be served throughout.
Maureen’s Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday the 13th of November at 10am in The Church of the Holy Cross, Tramore, Co. Waterford, after which Maureen will be laid to rest in St. Declan’s Cemetery, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Maureen’s Funeral Cortege will walk from her family home through Sweetbriar Lawn at approximately 9:40 am and up Summerhill and past Tramore Credit Union to arrive for her Requiem Mass at 10am.

The death took place on Friday, November 7 of Giselle Mentos formerly of Kilcullen, Co. Kildare and Portarlington, Co. Laois.
Peacefully, surrounded by her loving sister Denise and best friends Aisling and Catherine in the kind care of the staff of the Midland Regional Hospital, Portlaoise. Predeceased by her loving parents Margaret and Peppe Suris Mentos and nephew Anthony Jordan.
Giselle will be forever loved and sadly missed by her sister, her best friend’s, brother-in-law Leo, cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family and all who knew and loved her from around the world.
