Businesses and community organisations from around Laois are invited to take part in a wellness tourism networking event next month.
The Regional Eco & Wellness Tourism Network event has been organised by Laois County Council and will take place at Bloom HQ in Mountrath on Thursday, January 8.
The event will feature interactive workshops and network meetings, with business owners and operators invited along to learn more about how to expand their business and speak with likeminded individuals.

People can book a mentor clinic with a Just Transition regenerative Tourism Activator to discuss their business idea or expansion plans, as well as speak with an advisor from Laois LEO on business supports.

Laois Partnership Company will also be on hand to discuss LEADER funding and how it can help local businesses.
Participants are advised it is an activity based event and so people are recommended to wear comfortable footwear and clothing.
The day will kick off at 9.30am on Thursday, January 8 and will finish at 1pm with a light lunch.
You can register for the event by emailing the Laois Just Transition regenerative Tourism Activator Regina Dunne on rdunne@laoiscoco.ie or phone 0578664016.
