There were tears of joy shed in Camross village on Sunday evening as a large crowd lined the streets to welcome back the Camross Camogie team after they were crowned AIB All-Ireland Intermediate Club Camogie champions in Croke Park. Led by captain Aoife Collier, the Camross team walked over the bridge holding the four cups that they won in 2025: the league, the Laois Club Championship, the Leinster Club Championship and the All-Ireland Club Championship.
