Laois U-20 football manager Kieran Kelly has revealed his starting 15 and substitutes for Wednesday evening's Leinster Championship game against Meath in Donaghmore Ashbourne GAA Club.

2025 Laois U-20 Footballer of the Year David Donohue comes into the team in place of Annanough's Cormac Deegan, who drops to the bench. Portlaoise's Darren Brennan moves into midfield with Donohue wearing the number 12 jersey.

Laois lost last week against Longford in Portlaoise. That now means Wednesday evening's game is almost a must-win, as if Laois were to lose to Meath and Longford were to beat Carlow, that would end Laois' participation in the Leinster Championship and see them drop into the Andrew Corden Cup.

LAOIS: Cathal Tierney (Park-Ratheniska); Ben O’Connor (Portlaoise), Dan Boland (Courtwood), Fionn O’Sullivan (Crettyard); Hugo Emerson (Portarlington), Danny McGrath (Graiguecullen), Cathal Buggie (Stradbally); Robbie Murphy (St Joseph’s), Darren Brennan (Portlaoise); Paddy Fitzpatrick (The Heath), Eoin Johnson (St Joseph’s), David Donohue (Stradbally); Dylan Murphy (Graiguecullen), Ennae Byrne (Arles-Killeen), Ultan Dunne (O’Dempsey’s).
