The property, which features original stonework, is zoned town centre and for mixed use development. The existing townhouses are just over 2,220 sq ft and are in need of major refurbishment. There is a large spacious walled in garden to the rear accessed through an archway between the townhouses.
It is being brought to the market by Clement Herron Real Estate who say the sale presents “a redevelopment opportunity” and that the subject site is not suitable for "land banking". It is on the market with a guide price of €150,000.
Laois County Council intends to retain the property on the Derelict Sites register until it has been redeveloped.

The property is serviced with mains water and sewerage and has a BER rating of G.
