Laois Gardaí investigate criminal damage of two Portlaoise businesses

Laois Gardaí are investigating criminal damages to two Portlaoise businesses this past week.

On Friday April 17, Mizzoni's Pizza on James Fintan Lawlor Avenue, Portlaoise sustained damages to their shopfront.

The damages were caused around 3am, with the window smashed.

Also on Friday April 17, the front door of Ladbrooke's on Portlaoise's Main street sustained damages, with the glass similarly broken. This is believed to have occurred between 9:30pm on Friday 17, and 8:30am on Saturday 18.

Gardaí are investigating any possible links between the two incidents, and are appealing for anyone with CCTV footage or information to come forward.
