Laois Gardaí say a speeding driver’s bumper sticker made ‘perfect sense’.
Laois Roads Policing Unit detected the driver doing 77kph in a 50kph zone in Mountrath.
They said the Honda driver then tested positive for cannabis.
“Honesty is great, but safety is better. If your driving scares you, it's time to get off the road,” Gardaí said in an online post.
The unaccompanied learner driver was arrested and the car was seized.
