There was inspiring turnout of budding Laois hurling stars when the new Setanta programme got underway at the Laois GAA Laois Offaly Education and Training Board Centre of Excellence.
Upwards of 150 boys aged under 10 travelled to Laois GAA HQ in Portlaoise on Wednesday, May 11 for the renewal of the programme.
The programme will run weekly for ten weeks in the LOETB Centre of Excellence. Photographer Denis Byrne went along on the first night for the Leinster Express to capture the fun on camera.
