The organisers of the Glenfarne Sports and Cultural Day due to take place on Sunday, August 6, have made the difficult decision to cancel the event due to the forecasted inclement weather.
The Sports and Cultural Day is an integral and important part of the Annual Glenfarne Gala festival.
Weather permitting, the Sports and Cultural Day will be rescheduled for Sunday, September 3, starting at 2pm in the GAA Park.
All other events are taking place as part of the Glenfarne Gala festival as scheduled.
