Annual charity hill walk and ramble at Glencar this October.
The annual charity walk for the Warmi Huasi project in Peru is back again and this year it take place at the beautiful Glencar. The hill walk will be around four hours and the ramble about two hours. Registration is at Glencar Tea Shed from 10am with the long walk departing at 11am and the ramble departing at 11.15am.
The great news is that Fr. Ed himself, the co-ordinator of the project will be attending this year with donations to the Warmi Huasi project in Peru are welcome on the day.
If you can't make it but would like to contribute, you can do so by 'buying a ticket' on the Eventbrite (October 2023 Charity Hill Walk and Ramble for Warmi Huasi Project Peru) and details of the walks, registration, guidelines and directions to the TeaShed can at www.leitrimhillwalking.org.
There will be refreshments served after both walks at Glencar TeaShed.
