Cllr Paddy Farrell called on Leitrim County Council to put reflector markings on "the old time stone bunkers as they are very close to the roadside. There is one on left hand side of the road as you travel from Kilnagross in the direction of Keshcarrigan, and also on the Keshcarrigan to Mohill road in the townland of Breandrum," said the Fianna Fáil man at the latest Carrick-on-Shannon meeting.
A report by Roads said reflective delineators will be placed on these bunkers/pillboxes once their locations are identified and confirmed.
