The Island Theatre:
The Island Theatre, Ballinamore, previously known as the Ballinamore Community Hall, underwent a dramatic renovation over the past few years, funded by Leitrim Local Community Development Committee under the Rural Development Programme. The project also received grant aid from the Department of Rural and Community Development. The magnificent result could not have been achieved without enormous and ongoing community support which is still required and much appreciated.
