North West STOP is a voluntary community-based organisation that works to prevent suicide by informing, educating and promoting positive mental health and provides counselling free of charge for all ages.
Sligo Cancer Support Centre is a place of peace and hope where people with cancer and their families can access support, counselling, holistic therapies and healing workshops in a caring and tranquil environment in the North West of Ireland.
The Capuchin Day Centre provide meals Monday to Saturday inclusive (including Bank Holidays). In addition to a designated family area where families can enjoy a nutritious meal in comfort and safety, The Capuchin Day Centre also provides children’s clothing, nappies, baby food and basic school essentials.

The Irish Traditional Music course is a full-time VTOS course that students participate in for two years (September – May), leading to a QQI Level 5 Music Award. The course is open to people of all ages and abilities (including complete beginners) playing all instruments.
Several other courses are available in the Drumshanbo Further Education and Training Centre – Business Administration, Tourism with Business and Health, Nutrition and Food Science. All these courses can be accessed through the VTOS Scheme – for more information, please visit vtosleitrim.ie.
Tickets, which cost €10, are available at the door (U12s free) or through Eventbrite and donations may be made through iDonate.
