Killenummery & Killery Parish Bereavement Group Night

Speakers will share their experience and reflections from different perspectives

Killenummery & Killery Parish Bereavement Group Night

There is nothing that can be said about grief except that it’s important to listen, and it’s important to speak.

Those burdened with grief have things to say.

Those who love them have a role as listeners.

The language of grief can be

A shared memory with a loved one,

A talk with a therapist,

Or a simple prayer in a church.

Loved ones hold us when we share our intimate memories. The therapist holds us as we talk.

And the community holds us as we light a candle or visit a sacred space.

On Thursday, March 7th Killenummery and Killery Parish, Dromahair will hold a very special conference on Bereavement, with four speakers who will share their experience and reflections from four very different perspectives.

The Speakers are: Fr, John Joe Duffy who Ministered during the Creeslough tragedy, Aisling O’Reilly, Doctorate in Meditation & Mindfulness, Leah Cull, Resilience Speaker, who has overcome great adversity, Michael Harding, Author, Playwright, Columnist
Everyone welcome!
