Solas Art Gallery Spring Group Exhibition takes place this week

After seventeen years of enchantment, Solas Art Gallery, previously above The Four Seasons Garden Centre, Ballinamore, relocates to a new shared space at the Island Theatre, Ballinamore. 

Following a very active transition period, the rejuvenated 

Ballinamore Community Arts Group welcomes the opening of their Spring Group Exhibition on Friday, March 22, at 7:30pm. 

More than ninety-five art pieces in eclectic styles and mediums of exemplary standard will adorn the ground-breaking interval wall spaces of The Island Theatre from March 22 to April 20. New, present, and re-ignited members will showcase their expressive artworks. 

On this opening night, Leitrim’s author and playwright, Michael Harding, accompanied by our retired committee member Gail Quinn, will join. This is a beautiful opportunity to listen to this evolutionary story explored with a difference, to be immersed in the company of many artists amongst the community people of Ballinamore, and to foster a connection to this authentic creative talent.
