Leitrim County Council has received a planning application for 19 new residential units in Dromod, with a decision due on April 30th.

Leitrim County Council has received a planning application for the construction of 19 residential units in Dromod.

If approved, the development will be located at Mac Oisin Place housing estate on the outskirts of Dromod town. It will include eight 3-bed, 2-storey, semi-detached houses; ten 4-bed, 2-storey, semi-detached houses; and one 4-bed, single-storey detached house.

The development will also feature a new site entrance from the existing estate road, along with car parking, landscaping, connections to public services, and all necessary ancillary works.

The application was received on March 6th, and a decision will be made by April 30th.
