LIVE SHOWS Bressie on stage while recording his ‘Where is My Mind?’ podcast.
Musician, podcaster, and mental health trailblazer Niall Breslin—aka Bressie—is bringing his critically acclaimed live show Where Is My Mind? to Carrick-on-Shannon on May 3 at The Landmark Hotel—and the best part? Tickets are completely free.
Hosted by Leitrim’s Health is Wealth, the event promises a powerful blend of music, raw storytelling, and open conversations around mental health. Kicking off at 8pm, it’s a night designed to connect, inspire, and remind us all that it’s okay not to be okay.
Bressie, the voice behind the award-winning Where Is My Mind? podcast, will be joined by Eurovision winner Charlie McGettigan and Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Catherine Dolan. Together, they’ll explore how we can better care for our mental health in today’s chaotic world.
“There’s a raw honesty to Bressie’s message,” say organisers Hubert McHugh and Valerie Cogan, who founded Leitrim’s Health is Wealth in 2017 to challenge stigma and spark real conversations. “He makes people feel seen—and that’s what this night is all about.”
This is the first-ever performance of its kind in Carrick-on-Shannon, and with support from Leitrim County Council, Leitrim GAA, Bernie Dolan of Healthy Clubs, and coordinator Olwyn O’Toole, the event is staying true to its mission: open to everyone, no barriers.
Bressie’s message is simple: healing is possible, but we have to talk about it. His shows are known for their humour, heart, and hope—leaving audiences feeling understood and uplifted.
Free tickets available now at www.leitrim.ie or from The Landmark Hotel reception. Come for the music, stay for the message—because in Leitrim, health really is wealth.
