Cllr Enda McGloin noted that Keshcarrigan Tidy Town committee are a "very active committee in terms of the work they do and a bigger area mightn't have the same level activity so they might find it very discouraging which we wouldn't like to happen because we want to encourage as much volunteerism and activity as possible. It's important that we have a review well in advance of the allocations."
