A Status Orange weather warning has been issued for Leitrim and 10 other counties as Storm Bram is expected to bring strong winds on Tuesday.
The Orange wind warning for Leitrim will come into effect at 10am on Tuesday, December 9, and will remain in place until 6pm.
Other counties included in this warning are Sligo, Donegal, Limerick, Galway, Clare and Mayo.
An additional Orange wind warning will be active from 7am to 3pm for Cork, Kerry, Waterford and Wexford.

Storm Bram is forecast to deliver very strong gale-force southerly winds, with the most severe conditions expected along coastal areas.
Met Éireann is warning of potential impacts including flooding in low-lying coastal regions, wave overtopping, hazardous travel conditions, debris and unsecured objects being displaced, as well as disruptions to outdoor events.
Local authority crews will be on standby as the storm approaches Leitrim. Motorists are urged to take extra care, allow additional travel time and reduce speed if travel is absolutely necessary.
